Accelerating Biologics Development using next-generation Antibody Discovery and Cell Line Development on the Beacon System
Dr. Maybelline Giam, Bruker Cellular Analysis

A scientist at heart, Maybelline obtained her PhD at the prestigious Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (WEHI) in Melbourne, Australia. There, she studied programmed cell death using mouse models and was exposed to a wide variety of cell analysis techniques including high content imaging and flow cytometry. Following a successful postdoctoral stint in the Institute of Medical Biology (IMB, A*STAR) Singapore, she moved to the commercial world to share her love for new and exciting technologies. She has been in application support for more than 7 years starting in Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sartorius and Berkeley Lights. She is now in charge of the service and support of the Beacon and IsoSpark product lines here at Bruker Cellular Analysis and is looking forward to sharing our cutting edge technology with her customers!
