Chad will be discussing how the IsoSpark technology serves as a functional proteomics hub allowing for the interrogation of both the single-cell secretome (actively secreted cytokines and chemokines) along with single-cell signaling (phospho-proteome spanning multiple signaling pathways) in order to define the functional landscape of immune cell populations. Additionally, the IsoSpark has the ability to conduct automated bulk protein analysis using cell-free, protein-containing biological solutions combined with user-friendly data processing and analytical software (IsoSpeak).
Dr. Denny May joined Bruker Cellular Analysis (formerly IsoPlexis and Berkeley Lights) in 2023 as a market development specialist focusing on single-cell immune response on the Beacon. He obtained his PhD in Genetics from Yale University under the mentorship of Dr. Valentina Greco. His research interests include microscopy, single-cell biology, cell-cell communication, and stem cells.
