T Cell Profiling Kit, a Comprehensive Solution That Empowers You to Thoroughly Profile Single T Cells and Link Their Phenotypic and Functional Data to Their Genotypes

With this kit, you can simultaneously investigate the functional aspects of T cells as they interact with target cells, gaining valuable insights into the diverse mechanisms that regulate cytokine secretion using customizable cytokine assays and cell surface markers. The kit enables the characterization of polyfunctionality, cytotoxicity, genotype, and gene expression, providing a complete understanding of T cell behavior. Furthermore, you can sort, select, and load cells, making it possible to isolate desired phenotypes from heterogeneous T cell samples.

Our cytotoxicity assay, helps visualize distinct killing behaviors in your T cell samples. Once the functional characterization is complete, cells of interest can be exported for expansion or further study, facilitating the linkage of their behavior to genotype.
