Using Nanoscale Bioreactors to Characterize Sub-populations of CHO Clones and Screen Transfected Pools
In collaboration with Daiichi Sankyo we explored a head-to-head comparison of Daiichi Sankyo’s current clone screening methodology and the Beacon workflow. Previously characterized clones were sub-cloned on the Beacon and the behavior of each clone was measured over the course of 8 weeks. Analysis demonstrated the ability to measure and predict the stability of each clonal cell line.
What's Inside
In this Poster we discuss:
How the Beacon can select better clones when compared to traditional methods
How clonal stability can be predicted by analyzing the behavior of clonal populations
How a new cell line development workflow has been demonstrated that significantly reduces time while improving production
